We’ll have a few Vedic Times Retreats each year.

YOUR 2020 RETREATS ARE:

On our Chanting Yoga Retreats (four, five, six or seven days) you will also benefit physically from working with your Fascia (BowSpring Yoga style) daily. This method assists in the speedy removal of stress, so you may enhance your assimilation of all the practices many fold.

How to focus your efforts to achieve your goals easily.
Contemporary vibrational enhancing techniques.

Day Two:
Fascia (BowSpring Yoga style) 45′
Introducing you to your Fascia, the three lawyer web that holds your body together.
Focused intent for holistic success.
Mantra Chanting.
Acoustic instrument playing & dancing (not obliged).

Day Three:
Fascia (BowSpring Yoga style) 45′
Philological explanation of Vedic Mantra Science.
Introduction to Pranayam (breathing exercises).
Refining your intent for further holistic success.
Mantra Chanting.
Acoustic instrument playing & dancing (not obliged).

Day four:
Fascia (BowSpring Yoga style) 1 hour.
Introduction to the ‘Yoga of Love’ (service attitude).
Understanding vegetarianism for deeper spiritual practices.
